Alleged shooting outside Dartmouth auto repair shop shuts down area – Halifax

Halifax Regional Police say a scene outdoors an car store Thursday may have been associated to an alleged shooting that happened the working day prior.

In a Friday afternoon release, police claimed that around 11 p.m. on Wednesday, a man was shot though within a auto in Bedford, around Damascus Road.

The 34-yr-old male experienced what police imagine to be “non-life-threatening injuries”  and was taken to hospital.

On Thursday afternoon, law enforcement had a part of the Burnside Industrial Park taped off as portion of an investigation into a noted destroyed vehicle.

Police officers and the forensic identification device have been at the corner of Wright and Haliburton avenues in Dartmouth.
